Symptoms

- Risky Use: Continued use despite harm
- Tolerance & Withdrawal: Needing more to feel effects and experiencing discomfort without it
Treatment

- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): For opioid, alcohol, or nicotine dependence
- Support Groups: AA, NA, and peer support programs
- Residential or Outpatient Programs: Structured treatment options
